The technician was polite, friendly and very quick with the service. I will use this company in the future.
Their labor rates were not disclosed until after the work was complete. technician shut off water to washing machine and forgot to turn it back on after work was complete. Originally called or sump pump work which didn't happen and still have not received an estimate

I scheduled an appointment on Thursday and a technician came on Friday to conduct the initial inspection for my broken tankless water heater. I paid for this service and paid 20% of the deposit for the work on replacing my new water heather on Monday. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and took off of work to be present for the installation. No one showed up Monday so I called to get a status and was told I didnâ t have an appointment since I hadnâ t signed a â customer agreementâ form but had already paid $600+ for the initial visit and deposit for the installation of my new water heater. Apparently someone was supposed to call and confirm but didnâ t. When they did finally come they had the wrong water heater and had to come back a different day. Not once did someone call and update me or give me information about services. I had to call and attempt to get ahold of someone. The bright spot with A1 was definitely the technicians who were all outstanding and had amazing customer service. The management or supervisors that schedule appointments and â assistâ when you call? Unreliable at best and say they will call but then donâ t. I personally wouldnâ t recommend to friends or family to use this company after my experience and lack of customer service.

Service was speedy. I liked the check up call I received and that my service has a warranty. This came in handy as it needed to be looked at again. Customer services was okay.
