Got a quick response with an estimate from Mr. Davis and work started in a few days. My deck was over 30 years old a needed some considerable work. The crew did an outstanding job and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

Got a reasonable quote via facetime for significant wood rot on my front porch. The team arrived later that week and the damage was more extensive than originally discussed. Even with the additional work added to the project it still came in under other contractor's initial quotes.

Terrible experience. He did not do what was bid, he up-charged me another $2k for work he only partially did, and was extremely rude. I hired him to replace my back deck, which is at ground level and 20+ years old. The quote I signed clearly stated replace all wood The up-charge -- half way through the deck he tells me my posts are rotting in the ground (zero surprise), and up-charges me for digging up the old cement posts and cementing in new posts" (an extra $2k). I stupidly agree to have him dig out the posts, which they never did. They did not what was bid - rather than replace my deck as written on the quote, his crew took off the deck boards on the top, replaced maybe 2 or three studs in the old framing, and then put new wood right on top of a 20+ year old rotting frame. When I challenged him, he said ;how else am I supposed to make money? And now just 6 weeks later, all of the cheap nails they used are rusting and discoloring the deck.

Mr. Davis was very informative and engaging. His work team arrived on time and did a wonderful job including the cleanup.

Always chose Alexander Davis. We did not even entertain another estimate. His team did outstanding work on our front stoop steps. We intend to contact him again for our brick and concrete walkway along the side of our house leading to the rear yard. It needs an iron handrail as well.

Highly recommend! The crew was quick, friends, and talented.. Very communicative along the way and the project ended up gorgeous. They worked with me on my styling and delivered in record time.

Rotted roof and railing on front portico. Great quote for repair (yeah), however, tear down uncovered extensive water damage which doubled the price (boo), it did not slow down the progress. Lightning fast started next day, complete project took less than 2 days. Excellent work, professional team. Would highly recommend to others.
