We have used the Basement Gurus to waterproof our basement, which included mold remediation, waterproofing the walls, installing a French drain, sump pump and dehumidifier. We worked with Ashley D. She was very professional, courteous and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The crew that did the work was also professional and cleaned up after they were done. We were very pleased with the work Basement Gurus has completed and the way they worked with us to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. We highly recommend using Basement Gurus to anyone.

BasementGurus are truly the gurus. We did 2 projects with them and we were satisfied with both of the jobs. Ashley (the inspector) who came out to quote us was very nice and understood our problems, she had a solution for us right away and walked us through the process in detail. They have reasonable pricing and they provide financing as well. The workers were really mindful of everything and finished their jobs with perfection and made sure we were satisfied. We did basement waterproofing and were really satisfied with the work so we also decided to get our second project done with them which was to stop water coming in the house from backyard and removing our shed and deck. They provided all the services and cleaned up everything nicely. Ashley Dougherty was always just a text away and ready to help us and made sure we got everything done the way we wanted. All the staff was really nice, the finance department and scheduling department were always ready to help and answer questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get any type of waterproofing job done and other services as well.

I worked with Ashley, and found her to be very knowledgeable. She had no trouble answering questions, more than once if necessary. All work was completed in one day including clean up. There have been a couple of hard rains since with no issues.

Dan Kelly is amazing to work. He first came to my clients property a few months ago to install a sump pump in the basement. Which he did an AMAZING job with. Then he came back a few months later over concerns on one wall. He treated the wall then painted it because it was important to him that his clients be happy with everything. As a realtor I work with A LOT of contractors, but this on is at the top of my list for his field. His pricing are more than fair, he is communicative and does what he says he will do. I highly recommend.
