As Promised, they came on time for the proposal and the work, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. They prepared the area and cleaned up every speck. We are so received not to have to worry about heavy rains now in our utility room and basement area. I would recommend them for sure!

The actual install of sump pump and French drain were fine but promised finish of the job was not done. Once my check cleared, they went poof. Have contacted company repeatedly to no avail. We are seniors and can not finish job ourselves. Will have to pay others to complete BGs work. UPDATE: After my review (above), Basement Gurus reached out to me to complete the work as I had hoped. Definitely appreciated the customer service person who contacted me. The finished job is fine and I would consider recommending them to others. As a result, I have revised my ratings.

Basement Gurus did a wonderful job. The professionals, Bill and Dan, are very experienced and hard working. Especially Bill comes with a lot of knowledge and solves issues with forward thinking. They are ready to help out of the way to make sure the job is well done and customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend them and will work with them again in future.

They completely redid the crawl space with new French drain, dehumidifier added to the existing sump pump, insulation and wrapping. It is clean, and pretty now!

Excellent detail of the scope of work provided by Dan. Crew of four men arrived as scheduled. Very organized and methodical andcompleted our job in one day! Amazing! Cleaned up the entire area including the driveway before leaving. Gave an overview of how the system works. Communicated with me throughout the project. I am very happy and hoping for a big rain so I can see a dry basement as a result of the work by Basement Gurus!
