I'm not fully moved into the home yet, but I will update when I am there permanently. The crew was very professional, worked diligently, cleaned up after every day of work (three day job--french drain expansion, two additional sump pumps installed, window drains into the sump pumps, pretty extensive job).

Chris and Dan at basement Gurus were terrific to work with. My finished basement was a long term disaster with must and mildew in my walls and carpet. We no longer wanted to spend time there. I had a team of 12 guys come and do an excellent job in installing my French drain and a full perimeter pressure release system with two sump pumps. NO more water! Then Kurt came and refinished my basement so it was a complete job done through Basement Gurus. See the beautiful result below. I couldn't be happier! We had water issues in the basement for 8 years. Basement Gurus completed a french drain in my entire basement in one day. After a couple of heavy rainstorms, the basement stayed dry. The pumps did their job. The owner is very professional, and the workers are very courteous. if you are having water issues in your basement, I would recommend this company to anyone. I also had them do a concrete pad on the front porch and have gotten compliments from the neighbors on a job well done.

We had a really bad storm and my basement had water all over the place, I called a few places but Basement Gurus where there the next day. When I met with Dan Kelly for the estimate he was on time, wore his mask and we did a walk-through inside the basement and outside the perimeter of my home. He asked me exactly what I would like done and how Basement Gurus could help. Dan offered me different options, was very informative and showed me what materials they use compare to others. We sat down and reviewed the cost of options and set the install date, he also mentioned that they had a finance option in case I needed it. Dan was very professional, treated me like if we knew each other for years and NOT pushy at all to sell me on his product. Once the date was set, his crew came in early in the morning and was done the same day. Very happy with my decision, not had a leak since and have peace of mind. After the job was completed, Dan contacted me to see how everything was going and I informed him that we had lost my dad, he gave me his condolences and next thing I know I received a card in the mail from him and Basement Gurus. Their salesman, Phil Thistle, was very straightforward and honest. Their crews showed up on time and worked smart to do a quality job. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The basement remains bone dry during and after any rain events, large or small.

Its not often that you find someone you can recommend and they were very great.

Dan Kelly is honest and will address any issues in the system. We had flooding due to poor drainage. Dan helped design a system to divert the water around and further away from our finished basement. When the system was overwhelmed in heavy downpour, they came back out twice to make necessary changes to keep all the water out of the basement.

Worked with them to install french drain and sump in basement of home we recently purchased. There was an existing sump, but no french drain, and the location of the existing sump was inconvenient. Relocated sump to a corner where it was not in the way. Work was fast and efficient.
