Very courteous and let you know what range the charge would be before he started, if something new popped up he would let you know right then. He did outstanding job in fixing our problem, I would hire him again for any plumbing problems in the future,

They were entirely unprofessional and they didn't let me know that he was going to be late. There were a lot of complications with the project because he had other people and I waiting on him to get back with the part.
Melvin was very proactive, polite, friendly and educate me on what was going on with my system. I plan on using him (or his company) for my HVAC maintenance.

Bell Cow contacted me On 9-24-18 to replace some broken shower parts. The technician after a total of 5 minutes told me that my home is an older home so he would need to "look" for a suitable replacement part because Lowe's wouldn't carry the part. I was told I should hear back from them within 24 hrs and was then charged 80.00 bucks basically for nothing. After almost 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called them back and basically just got the run around and excuses. Only after speaking to HomeAdvisor about what happened did I finally get a call from the manager Ron at Bell Cow. He apologized and assured me that this is not normally how he conducts business. He said he will send a tech out on 10-13-18. The tech he sent out today was very short with me . He said he would not touch any part I had on my sinks or shower because they were old. It was very clear and obvious that he didn't want to do the job. He then told me it would be $1300.00 for him to replace the parts which I thought was ridiculous. I had already been told by the previous tech that the cost would be around $500.00 if the shower cartridge couldn't be replaced . My experience with this company was not pleasant. Since they didn't do any work .. I can't speak on their quality of work. But based on people skills, customer service, punctuality, pricing (including the $80.00 fee to come to your home and do nothing), I will never do business with this company again .
Jerry, I apologize for the service you received from Bell Cow. With older fixtures and parts it can be difficult to source the materials and accurately price a repair, however that is no excuse for our poor communication. We'll use your review as a topic in our next meeting to help improve our service in the field. Thank you for your feedback.
