I got a couple estimates from other vendors and Bell Cow's prices were very reasonable. I hired them to replace a ceiling fan with light fixture in a high ceiling and make it dimmable; also to replace a dimmer in a different room. Once the work was done, it was great and just what I wanted. Charles took the time to paint the cables in the light fixture to match the brown color and to hide the extra cables. My chandelier looks great. There were issues to start the work because they initially showed up not ready . Only one person showed up with no ladder and with only the dimmer work in his records, and no dimmers! For a moment it was a bit frustrating. But they made up by coming back shortly after with everything they needed and doing a great job. Just make sure to communicate with them and talk details when they come home for your free estimate. The results should be worth it.

Bell Cow was able to come out the same day, I contacted them. Removed and installed ceiling fan. Ran into a few issues that had nothing to do with them. They were able to resolve and everything is working great. Highly recommend.

Lead plumber/salesman lied to us about availability of product. Each day for 9 days he gave another excuse for why the work was not being done. In the end it turned out each of those excuses had been lies.

When we visited your home on 10/13, we were informed that the product requested was available at the supplier, but upon inspecting the units, discovered that there was damage to each fixture in stock. Due to the specific item requested, we were forced to wait on the correct fixture to be shipped to the supplier. We completed the install on 10/20 when the correct part arrived. Our goal is to provide service and installation in the quickest manner possible, and we apologize for any confusion caused between the diagnostic and actual installation.
