We thought we had a reasonable experience with this company, and then found the diagnostic done was incorrect, which caused us additional delay and grief. After getting the work done by another company, who fixed a different problem than the diagnostics done by Bell Cow technician, and restored our AC - about 40 days after our attempt to get this fixed with Bell Cow. We contacted Bell Cow, to discuss this issue, and it took 6 phone calls from us - with no return. So, we went through Home Advisor, and left a very low rating. Then Jamie Hough contacted us and showed some concern for our concerns, issued an apology, and made a gesture. We really appreciated that. So we are revising this review. I suspect that the real problem with the diagnostic was related to the fact that we are out in the country, and the technician was not at all comfortable working out here He seemed otherwise a nice guy. In the future, I will try to ensure that the company knows ahead of time what kind of environment they will be working in. Our AC is nestled amongst flowers, which attract bees and other pollinators. Some people are really worried by bumblebees. So, all is well now. Thank you for working this out with us. We give you a low grade for the service call, but a high grade for making it good, and that averaged to 3 stars, If we have additional experiences with this company that cause us to further raise our assessment, we will adjust our review again here.

Very expensive!!! Does not give free or any estimate. You have to pay $80+ just to come out. Did what I thought were minor repairs, one part for $20.00. 20 minutes of actual time worked. Still charged me for a hour.
