Reviews
Write a ReviewI got taken. The tech did absolutely nothing. The tech did not even look at the unit and did not record model nor serial number. The office called and harassed me for the initial payment with no explanation of services rendered while the tech was still at my home- who did absolutely nothing..The office telephoned me the next day, after receiving payment for services not rendered to schedule a supervisor to come out to get the model:serial number. The company did not follow through. Lastly, a supervisor assured the return of my money which was a lie. This company is a SCAM. The company I finally contracted, through Home Advisors which was Ace, did a great job and customer service I rate as 5 stars.
When booking my appt., I let them know there was a leak under the house and we wanted to get an estimate for repairs. We needed water. The estimate was $367.00. Then he found something else, $400.00 plus. Another problem, $500.00 plus, a fourth problem, $623.00. Then, he cut the water on. Two more problems, all in the bathroom. When he left, we still had no running water. He said he wasn't expecting all those problems and had another job to go to. He could come back another day. He arrived between 10:30 and 11:00 and was ready to leave at 2:30. He also took more than an hour to go get a part he didn't have on the truck. So, his total time was 2 1/2-3 hrs. When I called the office to ask for an itemization of how I was charged, they said they would email it. When I asked if they charged by the hour or by the job, I was told, it depends. I received their email. It simply says 623.00. No breakdown. I will never use Bell Cow again. I really don't know how plumbers work, but it seems to me they should turn the water on first so they can see all the leaks, give a true estimate and then let you decide.
They came ready to work and stayed till the job was done. They could have cleaned up a bit better but the job was done well and quickly so I still think it s a 5. I d definitely hire them for future work.
Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous.
they were courteous and nice and punctual but in the end I'd really did not need their service
I called them to do a free estimate for a gas leak in my house. After the gas leak was discovered alongside a gas company serviceman, they did not charge for their services. Very honest and respectable company!
They had to bring in a ditch digger and made massive cracks throughout my driveway. They denied and said the cracks were already there. They did work hard, but I don't feel I got my money's worth.
George quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Response to my service request was very prompt.
Rick the technician was very quick, knowledgeable with apparently significant experience. HE WAS NOT THE TYPICAL "PARTS CHANGER REPAIRMAN"
Good. Excellent.
