Write a ReviewThey were very professional and knew what they were doing. Great job. I recomended them to my nbr.
Professional and fast service. Fair pricing
They called and confirmed my appointment for 9 am immediately after I made it on HomeAdvisor. The day of my appointment I called at 915 to find out where my plumber was, the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Her exact words were "I dont know why HomeAdvisor gives a time! We give window times! This is plumbing!" Wow, they even confirmed the 9 am time when they called. Than the man gets to my house and shows my husband how to fix the problem, removes PART of a pipe and says to replace that and you will be ok. You can find it at any hardware store, which would be true if he had shown us entire piece. I spent 6 hours that day trying to find a part that doesn't actually exist. We still had to pay the service charge. We will never ever ever call them again.
Expensive and only half solved half of my problem. Had two leaks, one in bathroom and one in kitchen. Repaired drain leak in bathroom, for $350, but I passed on $150 reconnection effort (A job I completed in 15 minutes). Provided good referral for kitchen leak repair. Repairman very personable and competent
Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and timely.
Very expensive, it cost you for a service call and they did nothing but tell you you needed a new water heated,
Plumbers were responsible, friendly, and on-time. I felt that $1500 was a bit pricy to remove and replace several sections of rusty pipe from the attic, but two people worked into the second day and this price included materials. The price did not cover replacing the two 4x4 holes in the kitchen and living room ceilings and painting the ceiling when done. However, the plumbers recommended ODonnel LLC, who did the ceiling work for an additional $525. I felt this was also a bit pricy, but the service was responsible and friendly, and the tenants said the work was fine. I would recommend them, but I didn’t have time to get additional estimates.
I liked them a lot. The woman (Cindy) I talked to was nice and polite and the 2 guys (John & Chuck) that came out were great!
Needed it done quick cause I had to go to work. He accepted the challenge and did fast and efficient! I will be using this service for all my plumbing needs!!! Thanks
Better than average
