Reviews
Write a ReviewThey were prompt , efficient and made sure that I understood everything . The parts and labor were of high quality .
The scheduling department was very courteous. The plumbing company was supposed to call me to let me know they were on their way. This would have been very helpful since the appointment was for my elderly mother, unfortunately I never received a call. The plumber was very courteous to my mom, he removed the existing toilet, went and picked up a new toilet and installed it all within a couple hours. I was a little shocked at the high price. But my mom was satisfied to have a working toilet again.
Chris was so very nice..
Plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even put covers over his shoes. He explained everything to me and New what he was talking about. I will have him come back and replace my garbage disposal motor for me.
I felt stupid for not figuring out the problem myself. Colin had it figured out in about two minutes and fixed in under ten.
I was charged $425.15 for the man to go down the pipes on roof and see if there was a leak. He said he found a leak where rats were getting into my home. He showed me where the broken pipe was. I paid him. I hired a man to go into the wall so he could fix it. There was no broken pipe there. I called Benjamin Franklyn and told him and he admitted he never did the work but will not return my money.
Way too expensive. I had a valve inside the on/off controller in the tub. He spent 5 minutes fixing it and did a good job, but just way too expensive. $254.00 to be exact...part probably didn't cost no more than $20.
chris came & was very pleasant. he gave me a quote I couldn't beat. he was fast , clean & thorough. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work
hired this company at a later time, all was completed and done well
