They gave an honest assessment of the situation insofar as considering repair vs replacement. They are very flexible with regard to timing of the work. They were very thorough and completing the work. They explain their pricing versus the market comma and that made it easier to accept their prices.

Upon arriving I thought these gentlemen were security or firemen; professional dress, but they were from BP. They came immediately out to address the issue we were going to handle (replace valve). After an objective determination of the issue, they determined I could wait for a slower time (rental). I can't even tell you enough how impressed I was with their professionalism. I will be calling them again!
