Reviews
Write a Reviewthery helpfully told me I needed a new faucet, and charged nothing for a five minute chat.
Very professional and on time
Way overpriced. Plumber was very courteous and professional.
The gentleman from Benjamin Franklin plumbing was professional, honest, and personable. We asked for his card because should we ever have future plumbing needs we will be sure to call him. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Personable, knowledgeable, articulate and very thorough repairman attacked the problems, resulting in accurate fixes and total clean-up of areas when done.
I thought I knew what the problem was but didn't know how to go about fixing it. Was I wrong! They fixed it after doing a thorough investigation
I had a broken shower faucet replaced. He was professional, clean, and courteous.
Would not give me an estimate for typical services over phone, they were wanting to charge too much for what I needed to be done.
Great job. Fantastic customer service. Quick, on time, and clean job.
I had two toilets that were very loose. One was so loose it started to leak water from the bottom. I called a number of Plumbers to come out to to see what the problem was and get a price for fixing it. One of them said that it would be $89.00 to come out to give me a quote. If I went with them they would wave the $89.00 and then charge $175.00 to start off with then they would go from there . One plumber said it would be $85.00 per. hour plus parts. They couldn't get to me until Monday. Benjamin Franklin gave me a flat price. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Friday afternoon. Paul returned my call and came right over, I was very surprised for the quick response on a late Friday afternoon. Paul drove up in a clean company truck and dressed in a clean uniform looking very professional. When he checked out the first toilet he was able to move it and lifted right off the floor. Paul explained everything to me what was wrong. The flange that is secured to cement foundation holding the toilet to the floor was shattered and the wax ring gave way. He replaced both parts and reinstalled the toilet. The other toilet was not set right and would rock. Paul was able to level the toilet and keep it from rocking. Paul told me that he wanted to wait to Monday morning to run the caulking around the base of the toilet . He wanted to make sure everything was dried out under the toilet before sealing it in place. I went to pay Paul for the job he done on Friday. He would not accept a dime until he was finished and I was completely satisfied. Monday morning first thing Paul came by for about 10 mins. to caulk the toilet . I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing . Paul was very professional and courteous. His workmanship is very good, clean and neat. I like the fact that he gave me a flat price and knew what he was going to do before he started .
Call me anytime .
