DaBella - Billings (Roofing)

Just signed last night. The bids were comparable to other high level contractors. I really would have preferred to sleep on the offer for a day or two, especially since we have another higher priority repair looming. If you are considering DaBella make sure you get your other quotes first, as they want answer on the spot and prices change drastically after the initial visit. I will update my review throughout the process.

I have a home built in 1946 and there had been very little maintenance done since we bought the house and it was starting to fall apart, after our first attempt to save it about twenty years ago, when we hired a shady contractor (we didn't know that though, at the time) We got all new vinyl siding and windows. It was time to replace them and I saw a post on the internet about if you needed new windows, from another company, to sign up for estimates. So I did and I got all manner of responses, only a few that I would respond to! But only one made a point of making an appointment within the same week, during one of the worst snow and ice storms that we had in many years. They kept that appointment and I met the nicest and most courteous and helpful representatives I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. Needless to say I canceled my other appointments, and gave my business to DaBella LLC. I am now under contract and can hardly wait for April/May to see my home transformed into my dream home! Thank You so much Ryan Moore for all of you're trips out to make sure everything will turn out just right and my home will be the pride of my neighborhood. Barbara B.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home

The project hasn't been started yet, but after meeting with Ryan Montserrat and hearing about the company and the products, we were sold on DaBella. Ryan was great to work with and explained everything in detail. He was on time with appointments and answered all of our questions. He was also patient as we added other projects to our initial work order.

they did very good job on the siding. there was a spot where the sewer line came out from my house and the workman did not replace the concrete blocks right and I have to go under the house and fix it now.

We bought our present home and after a coupe or yrs, we decided that it was time to start some exterior renovation. Our place has vertical vinyl siding that was installed 12 or 13 yrs ago and was getting brittle due to UV exposure. We had DaBella Exteriors come out to talk about the alternatives. RJ Melendez and Zane Smith came out and spent several hrs with us... they talked to us and answered all our questions. They were very professional and we related well to them... easy to get along. We decided to go with horizontal Hardie Plank, new 6" gutters and replace a couple of sliding glass doors. Work should start soon and will update the progress, as it happens.

Professional presentation by Sam Axelrod and Scott Jackman. Informative and helped to make my decision. I feel like I will be getting the "Cadillac" of roofs. Work has not been done as yet so I cannot comment on that. A very large decision for me but feel that once the new roof is complete I should not have to work about it again.

I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.
