Write a ReviewAlthough the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product

We are pleased with our new roof and felt the people involved all tried their best to make sure it was done right.
This review is written before any work has begun. We met with two representatives in our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the roofing system. We signed a contract and financial agreement and are looking forward to the installation of our new roof. Our representatives were Lance Fagen and Bryce Bower.
The sales guys have You write a review before the work is even completed to get an additional discount. So at first my initial response was a five star, because the sales part went quite well (I thought). I was having them redo my gutters even though that was not originally what I had them come out to give me an estimate for. My old ones were Working fine they just definitely needed new paint. Need to paint the gutters and call it good , but By having a professional company do my gutters, it would be a better idea since it is exterior and I wanted to MAKE SURE the job got done correctly. They installed the gutters without me there. They broke my motion sensor light bulbs which they did not mention or offer to pay for. The gutters do not do what they are supposed to because they must have left a gap between the house and the gutter because the rain falls through behind the gutters . When I contacted their company to fix this they said it would be an additional $750 and they would require that I sign a release of liability on my roof. I stated I would not have done this project at all and it did not really even need to be done(my old gutters were working fine), but the sales guys assured me that they do a really good job and they are custom fit to the house to avoid leakage even without a drip edge or flashing . I refuse to pay the extra $750 so they offered to do it for FREE but still they are requiring that I sign a release of liability in order to complete the work. I contacted a lawyer and found this is an illegal practice so I will not be signing and this experience has been a nightmare! I'm hoping they will fix the problem like they promised me several times they would. I just can't sign "Release of liability" already shown they cannot be trusted.
As of 7/8/17, I have only recently hired this company, no work has started as of yet. This makes my review based on the initial meeting only. The initial meeting was/IS LONG. I can see the need for this as they are very thorough and want to make the most of the experience. Answering all and any questions seems to be paramount. Of course everyone wants to make the sale, but Mike and Matt were very knowledgeable. They wanted to make sure I had every concern addressed. I'm looking forward to having a great experience with DaBella.
Have most of my windows either replaced or being replaced as well as two French doors. Windows are expensive but wonderful. Could feel a difference with winter and summer. Doors aren't the best. Got some warping on both and, if painted black, scratch easily. Though they have a great warranty, it's a bit of a hassle to get replaced. Their salesman, Jeff W, has been communicative and trying to help me so thus the 5 on customer service
DaBella siding is an exceptional product, I recently purchased vinyl siding . My home looks outstanding and my neighbors continue to compliment the look. The DaBella representative Ian Wheeler made the experience so easy and with no pressure. He is very well versed in all of DaBella products. Everyone I worked with through the process of ordering to the installation were outstanding ! Thank you Ian Wheeler, Mike Goettsch and the fantastic installers Dave Cox and Sterling !
The initial sales appointment was LONG and my bathtub seemed expensive, however I am very pleased with the product.
