The job was done quick only took two days. They will need to come back out and replace some of the floor. It has spots and I told them it wouldn t run off. Now I am going to be on a wait period. I like them other than that and the floors will be fixed.

This is business is so focused on getting the job done fast so that they can move to the next job that the closer they get to the end of the project the more they cut corners. Half inch gaps in the LVT that were just filled with grout, quick set to level the floors was splashed on the walls, they left staples in the wall that was used to hold up plastic sheeting to control dust. The worst part was they took up the existing wood transitions that matched the hardwood floors to the old tile and instead of cleaning the excess glue off them and reuse them they used a cheap fiberboard transition that matches the new LVT and looked stupid. I called customer service on numerous occasions and asked to have the installation manager call me back. This went on for over a week with no callback. When I called again and asked to have my case escalated above the installation manager I finally got a call from the installation manager. They did not have any transitions that would match my hardwood floors so I had to purchase new transitions that matched my hardwood floor and they came out and took out their transitions and put the new ones down. Unfortunately, this was a learning experience. Never again.

The tile was put in backward, Shower tiles next to the floor were broken and put back in place trying to hide that they were broke. Grout was left along the floorboards two of which were also broke. When I called them the same installer came back, and tried to apologize said he would come back at 7: 00 am and do the repairs the following week; however, on this date, I received a call and he said he had problems. Well, time passed by and at 9:30 I called Empire and canceled anything else to do with them.

The wood laminate put off a very strong chemical smell that made everyone in my household sick and dizzy for 4 days and no one from the company warned us about that.

Installed laminate flooring. The installers were excellent but I was not expecting to pay an additional $200 to level floors in 3 spots. This was not even mentioned when we signed a contract.
