    Received a total of 3 quotes and they were the best price by far! Work started on Monday and was finished early Saturday afternoon. They tiles the whole house. They showed up early and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. Would recommend!

    Empire installed a wood laminate floor a few years ago. They did a TERRIBLE job. The floor is soft in spots, uneven and now warped in many spots. I can t believe I need to replace my floor all ready. I thought it would last at least 20 years. Very unhappy. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I feel totally ripped off.

    they are the only company I could find that would put carpet on tile ! everyone else said tile had to be removed !! plus , I have a lifetime warranty ! their installers were great !!

    Installers were very professional & wasted no time in tearing out out carpet, cleaning floor & putting in vinyl tile in M.Bedrm, bath & walk-in closet. I love it. Am breathing easier getting that carpet out. Am very happy with Empire. My wood blind was installed today by Dave & it looks beautiful.

    the entire process has been problematic. bad communication and not enough materials at install...the front of my store looks worse now than it did before the carpet install. still waiting on a solution.
