The second set of carpet installers were fantastic. They did such a great job. They moved all of my furniture and put it back Awesome job. I would highly recommend Empire Today. The laminate floor installers were fantastic also. Did such an amazing job and did not rush to do the job. One bad point was they scratched my new refrigerator at the end. I know that Empire Today will have it fixed. My salesman was fantastic. Kyle Everett was such a nice man. Did a great job helping me with colors and matching with my valances and kitchen. A true professional. The Empire Today Retail stores are great. You have more of a selection to look at. They allow you to take samples home to compare with your rooms. I would definitely use them again.

They don't do the work themselves. They hire contractors and you'll never know what kind of interaction you'll get. They may do the same with their customer service. Not all the agents have access to the notes so when you escalate, the next person has no idea what is going on

The sales rep that came to my home had only been with the company for 3 weeks - not knowledgeable about products - did not have all samples to show - when he sent contract in had prices mixed up - caused alot of confusion at home office. Asked if I could have an American speaking group so there was no language barriers - they sent all Spanish speaking workers, the day they were to do laminate - office called at 10am to say that they would be out the following day to do complete job. That day the crew arrived ripped out carpeting and then a woman showed up stating that I had to pay for job before it was started after they had already ripped out carpet. We tried to call office and the lady (Sara) that I had spoken to was not answering her phone. The customer service "person" was not paying attention to the credit card info and had to repeat everything 4 times. Rep never called the following week to see if everything was ok as it was not - waited 2 1/2 weeks for office to call me to get the rest of their money- I was not sending any money until everything was fixed and up to par as it should have been the 1st time. The guy that was coming out to "Make" everything right said that he would be here between 9a and 10a - had his wife call me at 10a to tell me that he was not coming until 2pm. So needless to say the whole situation was not a good experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone

after more than 2 weeks still trying to resolve the terrible installation (unacceptable) denting our fridge in 6/10 someone coming out 6/29 to asses the problems
