Project: Refinish Wood Flooring They did a great job, highly satisfied with their work and professionalism. The stain color and finish is exactly what we wanted. Floors look much better than the last time we had them done. Would definitely recommend Mark and his team to others.

Jason and the crew were here on time and completed the job in the time allotted. the floor looks so much better and we will be proud to have people in our home. would recommend footprints to anyone.

Wow! These folks are terrific! The sales guy was knowledgable, really nice, and very patient. I ended up not only going with new floor but sanding and staining existing floors. The water based products now making the process so much less invasive (one day to strip, sand, stain) and after 6 hours, move furniture back. The match between the new and old floors is spot on. The installer, Eric, was spectacular - quality work, quality personality. The finisher Scott, ensured every detail was perfect and nothing was missed. Jenn, that handles the scheduling...again, 1st class!

A few days before the job was scheduled, we were informed that an electrician had to come set up a 220 outlet and it would cost $400! We were not happy that this was not included in the estimate. We got a local handyman to do it for $20 at the last minute. Also, there was no one there during the day who spoke English. We were staying in the basement and they left for the day with all the windows closed and we had no access to the thermostat. Close communication is important.

Make sure that the Hispanic workers they send to your home know English and are respectful to you.

Initial quote process was quick and easy. Job quality was about as close to perfect as one can expect. Job time went over the estimate by a couple days which is my only complaint.
