This company, is popular and busy, yet managed to fit the estimate in within days of contacting them, and to finish the job within the following week. My floors are beautiful, and some of the stains I thought would never be erased actually disappeared! I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall a good experience. A couple of nicks needed to be touched up. But they customer service was excellent and they got right on it. Most others would not probably come back for some touch up work, but this company is about delivering great customer service.

They installed six rooms of new wood floors as well as refinished 4 existing rooms. Communicated all of the issues and timing up front and communicated with me on any issues that came up during the work. Met the schedule and the finished product was great.

Our wood floors were in great need for refinishing. The price was good, the work was finished within the quoted time. We had requested for the furniture to be moved but ended up having to move it. When we stated that to the representative they immediately adjusted the price. We had a few spots that needed rework. As soon as we identified the issue Scott contacted us and set up an appointment to come out to fix it. The company is very responsive. Footprints also provides a one year warranty,. Overall we are happy with the refinished floors.

workers are sloppy; very unhappy w/quality of the work. But Jason did agree to come back after we are settled and correct the issues. Hoping for the best

Installer carpeted over my heating/cooling floor registers in two bedrooms. He was supposed to use leftover carpet to do my laundry room and didn't. I have left several messages with company and no one has returned my calls.

What an amazing experience with Footprint Floors...from the administrative part to the workmanship, this company was extremely professional, accessible, reliable, and friendly! We started our project with a major name brand company, but found that Footprint had much better pricing and far better customer service. They truly valued our business and treated us as valued customers every step of the way--even meeting us at a coffee shop to show us colors to accommodate our hectic schedule. Footprint Floors went above and beyond from the first phone call to the follow-up, post install.
