Both Bryan and his crew were very easy to work with. They were on time for appointments, the work was completed on schedule and I have received many compliments on the floors-the refinishing is beautiful.

Footprints did an amazing job. my floors are stunning! the salesman was great and very patient. The installer was courteous, prompt and knowledgable. We went with the full hardwood install. The price was very competitive, the install took only a week and there was barely a mess. I would recommend Footprints to anyone and everyone.

Iwas somewhat surprised at the amount of dust since I had been told they were 90% dustless. It would have been nive to have them tape the entire house off, I am still cleaning dust, a week later

Paige at Footprints was my initial contact with scheduling and customer service while Mike was the sales contact/bid professional who oversaw our entire project. Mike was professional, courteous, and thourough in the bid process, willing to work with us on scheduling flexiblity and on site the morning our job was started. Amos our lead tech was professional and courteous and ensured that our job was completed to my satisfaction. Mike also did exactly what it took to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the finish and work completed. Thank you Footprints for restoring our floors to their original beauty!
