The whole process with Footprints was extremely smooth. It took less than a month from first contact to completion of project. Estimated installation timeline was right on. Pricing was great compared to alternatives. The one problem (scratch on floor near fridge) was identified and remedied by the install team before I noticed.

what great service we were selling our home and needed repairs done quickly and they did just that it was a difficult area to work in and they did a great job they were so nice and answered all my questions which I usually have to many and they cleaned up!!! and cleaned better then the housekeepers will use them again in our new home thanks for such a great job

Todd Park was wonderful to work with...he went out of his way to fit us in after we had to fire the person we had previously hired to refinish our hardwood floors. They did a fabulous job on the floor and it looks wonderful. We had one little issue that we had to call them back to take care of and they sent someone out the next day and corrected it to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend using Footprints if you are looking to refinish your floors. I would definitely use them again. I find it very frustrating when working with contractors, but could not have been more pleased with Footprints Floors. We hold contractors to a high standard, so this speaks volumes to the work performed by Footprints.

Footprints did a great job and cost me significantly less than what I was quoted by another place. The guy who did the initial measurement goofed up but when the tiling guys got there the first day they handled it with ease. Footprints communicated every step of the way and accommodated everything, even when we ran into a project slow down. The did a great job at making me feel comfortable and informed!
