Ty is very professional, hard working, and reliable. He took time to answer a lot of my questions. He gave me his cell phone number to call him should I have additional concerns. The wood flooring looks great and I met his installers who were very hard working and wanting to please me. Instead of 3 to 4 days the flooring was done in 2.

Footprints Floors did a great job, I am very pleased. They were on time, on budget, courteous and they made sure I was happy with their work. I highly recommend them.

Bryan and his team did a great job on our project. We had a specific schedule we needed them to meet and they adjsuted their workload to make our project work. Floors look great!

Ty was so professional when he arrived to give me an estimate, He arrived with his assistant and completed everything in a shorter amount of time than he estimated! Bryan was very patient in explaining the scope of the project and then his team expeditiously completed the work. There were a couple small issues that arose, but the team took care of them quickly and without complaint.

Good job on refinishing hardwood floors, they pulled up the carpet and carpet glue, repaired sections that were damaged. Only negative comment is on final cleanup, could have been better, there was sanding dust on everything, they only cleaned the floor of the rooms they refinished. All other rooms had glue, dust and dirt tracked into them

Overall i was satisfied with the jpb performed restoring my floors. It took a little longer then qouted and had to clean saw dust that was left on the front porch on the first day.

Went just as expected ;o)
