Footprints Floors

They did a beautiful job. A piece of furniture was broken while moving it. They called me immediately, let me know about it and paid for the repair. We will use them everytime for the excellent workmanship and their integrity.

Floor looks great. They knocked it out in 2 days. Very pleased with how good it looks. Just like new.

I had them do the Oil finish which takes several days, but is a better finish. It is beautiful. Spiced Brown color, Fantastic job, They look better than when they were new.

Good customer service. People you don't mind having in your home. Didn't complain just got the work done. Installed pre-finished flooring so was a fairly easy install but had a good eye for detail (getting joints to line up properly between several adjoining rooms and assuring a balanced gap at walls). Trimming around the rounded stair landing was a bit rough and used some top nailing where a spline might have been better to join/reverse floor direction which would have avoided marring the surface unnecessarily in a fairly visible area but other than that, did a great job. I would hire them again.

My wood floors wee dull and the finish was non existent. They came in and did a great job on the floors. The house is 57 years old but the floors look like new again. Would consider using them again for future work.

Professional and courteous from quote to invoice. Reasonable recommendations to add value and keep costs down. Only one negative comment, it appears no tape was used to protect the baseboards as a very thin layer (quarter-to-eighth inch) of stain was found at the bottom of the white trim. Overall though, good job with good communication at a reasonable price.

Very good at communicating and follow-up. Amazing job! The floors were almost 90 years old and covered with paint, mold, scratches, etc. Now they look brand new! I didn't think they could get that good.
