Footprints Floors

Todd Park was wonderful to work with...he went out of his way to fit us in after we had to fire the person we had previously hired to refinish our hardwood floors. They did a fabulous job on the floor and it looks wonderful. We had one little issue that we had to call them back to take care of and they sent someone out the next day and corrected it to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend using Footprints if you are looking to refinish your floors. I would definitely use them again. I find it very frustrating when working with contractors, but could not have been more pleased with Footprints Floors. We hold contractors to a high standard, so this speaks volumes to the work performed by Footprints.

Footprints did a great job and cost me significantly less than what I was quoted by another place. The guy who did the initial measurement goofed up but when the tiling guys got there the first day they handled it with ease. Footprints communicated every step of the way and accommodated everything, even when we ran into a project slow down. The did a great job at making me feel comfortable and informed!

Derrick did a fabulous job on the installation and the rest of the team was very responsive to our questions. We also had stone backsplash installed in the kitchen and bathrooms and could not be happier!

From our first contact with Footprints Floors until the final contact we couldn't have been more pleased. After receiving several bids we decided on Footprints Floors due to several factors. Even though our job wasn't the biggest Aaron was professional and respectful with all our questions and our initial visit was not rushed. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel comfortable with the project, never minimizing the size of the job. Due to this not being our primary residence we didn't get the job done right away, Aaron was very patient with this delay. He made himself available to meet with us again to answer additional questions we had. Once a date was set he was active in keeping us posted on the progress. In addition to the floors being refinished there were also some repairs needed and his crew did an awesome job. The floors were very old and in dire need of refinishing and we could not believe the transformation. Aarons crew worked on our floors like they were their own and the finished flooring was amazing!! We couldn't believe they were the same floors - absolutely beautiful!! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to our family and friends and have decided to hire them in the future for our floors in our existing home. We would rate them more than 5 Stars if possible. We have no complaints or issues. Thank you Aaron, his crew and Footprints Floors.

There's just too many issue with the floors to rate Footprints better. There's several boards that should not have been used due to damage, at least 5 boards don't even make it to the wall, that we easily see gaps under the molding. We have hundreds of spaces between boards and where the short ends but up to each other, with VERY noticeable gaps. The guy said not to worry because summer would bring humidity. Mind you, our house has humidifiers that were at 35% when they were installing in January. Also, make sure you have a 220V outlet for the sander...if not, you'll need to add. I was fortunate enough to get into a car accident because they didn't realize we didn't have the connection when they quoted the job; which meant I needed to stop everything to take care of it...car totaled. We had to clean-up stains on walls, not terrible. Another interesting note, the stain didn't look correct to me when they finished, which was proven when we had to fill some damage and it didn't match with what I selected. If this isn't enough reason to go elsewhere, best of luck to you. Oh, and you bet he asked me to give Footprints 5 stars (face palm)
