Bryan was very patient in explaining the scope of the project and then his team expeditiously completed the work. There were a couple small issues that arose, but the team took care of them quickly and without complaint.

Good job on refinishing hardwood floors, they pulled up the carpet and carpet glue, repaired sections that were damaged. Only negative comment is on final cleanup, could have been better, there was sanding dust on everything, they only cleaned the floor of the rooms they refinished. All other rooms had glue, dust and dirt tracked into them

Overall i was satisfied with the jpb performed restoring my floors. It took a little longer then qouted and had to clean saw dust that was left on the front porch on the first day.

The job was performed two times and my floor is at substandard quality. I am not pleased with the overall service of Footprint Floors, LLC. Bryan promised to come back out on Monday, May 3 to correct the problems with my floor, and to date, he has yet to do so.

While the finish was drying on his floor, Jerry's wife had other contractors for non-related projects opening their doors an excessive amount, allowing excessive debris into her home (and settling in their wet finish). The location of their home, directly backing to the city dump, made this particularly problematic. While this was a result of other contractors' negligence, FF still returned to the property and performed a complimentary additional coat of finish to rid the floor of debris. They complained of small touch-ups after this coat. Footprints Floors returned again to remedy the minor issues. Please see the other 42 reviews here.

Bryan did superb work. Our floors look gorgeous. Bryan is very professional, very courteous and goes above and beyond to completely satisfy the customer's needs. I would definitely recommend him.

Footprints did a great job on my kitchen floor. Done in one day and it looks beautiful and at half the price of other companies that I had a bid from. I would definitely use them again.
