Floors look great! Crew arrived and finished on-time.

We worked with Dan Satchell and he agreed to have the work done while we were on a vacation, using our neighbor and friend, Chris, to supervise and monitor progress. We came home last night to a beautiful wood floor job. The only issue we had and we expected it, was there is a fine layer of dust on the furniture which we are dealing with today. Hired Footprints mainly because they were the first to call and want to come out to do the bid...impressed by Bryan's professionalism. Subcontractor for them did the work. He did a nice job and was pleasant to work with. I would've preferred that he do the caulking in the seams, but that was the only thing. Floors look great.

The finished floor looks good. The installatuon took longer than promised, due to daily late starts of the installers.

We hired Footprints to refinish our hardwood floors and tile 2 bathrooms with ceramic tile in our rental property. All work needed to be complete by a specific date. Footprints attempted to adjust scheduling when an employee called in sick. However, the tile work was not completed on time. Work teams for both projects did not clean up. Work quality details on both projects were missed. Our sales rep did not review the work before calling us and reporting that it was complete. The sales rep was responsive and professional. We appreciated the discount offered by Footprints when our expectations were not met.

The sales guy came to my house and we discussed what needs to be done. His guys came few days later on and they did a terrible job. Apparently this company use other contractors to do their job and the contractor is not reliable. They messed up my base boards and tile works around the house with wood stains. He brought in another handy man to fix the problem and it took more that 3 weeks to get a job of 2 days done. The sales guy was very rude in his approach to the entire debacle and all he cares about is getting his balance. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone who was a quality job and good customer service.

Had a professional crew who completed project in a few hours. Brought all supplies needed and cleaned up very well. New floor looks very nice.
