The mudding crew did not keep the area clean while working, nor clean up afterwards. I would just make sure they do that before they leave. Painting crew was excellent!

They did a terrible job staining my deck. It s all uneven with large areas where they overlapped the stain so it looks almost black. I contacted the paint manufacturer and they told me it was poor application. I called Luís several times and left messages plus sent him emails but he never responded. He had assured me that the work was guaranteed. I didn t notice the poor workmanship until the next morning, as it was dusk when they got finished. Don t hire this company if you expect customer service or a quality paint job.

They gave a price and followed through professionally and completed the project in a timely manner and I will be using them again soon

Update: I hired Luis Contreras in April of 2019 for deck wood rot repair/painting. He also repaired our walkway after completing the deck work. The work initially looked good with voids in the pavement patched and matching colors applied. This work was done with the guarantee of a 2-year warranty. The walkway repair began to deteriorate in March of this year and Luis finally came out to look at it in July. After guaranteeing to honor his warranty, multiple calls and texts to him after he failed to show up on two occasions, he performed some repair work. This work was incomplete with numerous voids unattended. Attempts to match the color of the repair is unacceptable and now, after a rain, the repair is deteriorating. Luis will not return any attempts at contact, so I am assuming he is ignoring me. While his work was initially good, he does not honor his guarantee of warranty. Edited 2020 review: due to recent experience with *warranty*. While the work originally described did occur, we experienced 2 issues: 1) wood rot appeared on our deck less than a year from when it was stripped/repainted. Over 20 boards had to be replaced and I find it hard to believe that they missed those boards last year. However, the problem is with the trim that was damaged during this rework. 2) Luis also arranged to have our pavement repaired and while the original work looked good, the patchwork broke up. Luis came by to look at it and stated that it would be repaired *under warranty*. After a couple of weeks of waiting for someone to show up and multiple ignored phone calls and texts, Luis had someone come by and do a poor job of *warranty work*. Mismatched colors, neglected damage to previous work was brought to his attention and he has not followed up. I can only assume he is walking away from his work and guarantee. If you work with this company, I would caution you about any guarantees of warranty. In our case, we have not been pleased with all. Original review from 2019: We had our deck and enclosed porch repainted. Started by power washing and then sanding the surface, followed by painting with a solid stain. The work was done within the week promised.

Hired them to mud/tape and texture ceilings after I hung the drywall myself. Their bid was almost half the price of the other bids I got. Finished the job in just a couple of days and did a fantastic job! They even fixed a few of the mistakes I made and did an extra closet. Very happy and impressed. I've already recommended them to some co-workers. Highly recommended.

Project was completed much faster than I anticipated. Excellent results. I would recommend them for any dry wall repair.

Very prompt and professional. Did exactly what I needed and did it very well. Very careful to cover and keep everything contained and meticulous in their cleanup. King Constructions will be my first call anytime I have a job to do!
