Incredible company. Their quote was thousands less than the other 3 companies I got a quote from and they could start within days. They started when they said they would and actually finished the work half a day early and the finished product is gorgeous (a new home gym)!

I texted Luis some photos of the hole in my ceiling, and he quickly got me an estimate. He and his guys were able to come within just a few days. They were on time, and it took exactly 2 hours to complete - exactly as estimated. The crew put plastic protection on the floor, and draped the area off from the ceiling around the area that they were repairing. They were quick and clean. Most importantly, you can't even tell where the hole was in the ceiling. They patched the drywall well and nearly perfectly matched the "popcorn" texture on the ceiling. They used an industrial machine to spray the texture - NOT just a $10 can from Home Depot. It was done correctly. I'd highly recommend them to do any drywall work!

Luis's crew came on time and prepped the area with proper drop cloths and completed the job in a very reasonable time. I'm writing this only one day after completion but so far results were very good. Had the King Construction team repair 7 separate drywall cracks and a nail pop and all of the work was well done, they cleaned up the areas afterward and have emphasized their intent to stand by their work. I feel comfortable working with this contractor.

Painted our kitchen cabinets the wrong color! Initially, the white they painted seemed to lo light so they kindly offered to repaint it. Well, now that they repainted it. It appears that the initial color was actually correct! This color is too yellow. If not for young kids in the house Iâ d ask them to come back and repaint it as intended. Hopefully no one notices besides my husband and myself. Disappointed

On time (early), start date was prompt on time again, done quickly, very professional. Reasonable pricing.

Luis is very nice and really wants to make the customers happy. The crew works very hard and knows what they are doing. My only issue was the mess that was left. I suppose it is unavoidable and they tried very hard to tape and tarp everything off, there was still a bunch of overspray and splatters on the floor and furniture to clean up. All in all, I was very happy and would hire them back again in a heartbeat. They do a very nice job.

Luis recommended a knockdown finish because my unpainted sheetrock was stained and uneven. Iâ m so glad I accepted his advice as my garage looks so much better now. I almos wish I had time to paint it. ð Luis and his crew were quick, too, as well as careful of built-ins in my garage. They finished an untaped garage, complete with knockdown finish, in just a day. Great job, guys!

I contacted King Construction for an estimate and he was able to come to my house the next day. I needed a kitchen ceiling repaired (due to leak), the textured ceiling was also removed. Plus the back splash tile removed. New dry wall and paint the ceiling and the walls in the kitchen. They started the next day and completed all the work in 3 days. Then I asked about painting the dining room and 2 adjacent halls. They came back the next day and completed the work that day. which included patching placed. Luis and his crew are superior. I highly recommend this company.
