The bid process went smoothly but getting him to show up to start the job was like pulling teeth - I called to confirm day before he was to start and he said he didn't remember me or my project, and didn't have me scheduled. After a lot of convincing, he agreed to send a crew. The quality of the drywall repair was mostly acceptable in the end but only a short punch list and a couple days of rework. Luis wasn't happy about being held accountable for quality, and after the first day - after he thought he was finished and wanted to be paid but I said no - his guys started making much more of a mess, tracking mud, leaving trash, etc.

They did an amazing job on drywall patch and blending the knockdown texture on new drywall with that on the existing. Luis called me within minutes of my Home Advisor request and he showed up on time to bid job. He and his crew arrived as scheduled to complete the repairs, work was completed within hours and cleaned up after. Luis and his crew were all very friendly & professional. I highly recommend using King Construction.
