Quality work done, good communication, showed up on time, was the cheapest bid, and finished the job when they said they would. Started the next day after giving me my bid. Bought a house and was doing the renno myself. After 4 months I needed some help to move in faster. I got 6 bids. King Construction was the second lowest bid; however, they could start immediately. All others were way too much or could not start right away. I had torn down a lot of the drywall re-configuring the house and left some up but had dtywall sheets missing. So the drywall that remained needed to be patched. Almost all the bids said that it had to go because they would not be able to patch it without telling the difference. They all told me 2 weeks to complete the job which included scraping the ceiling and adding knock-down texture. King Construction completed the job in 6 days and the patch work that all the others said would not look right, well it looks seamless. You can't tell that there was old drywall mixed with new drywall at all. They did a fantastic job. They helped me move stuff around (I had tools everywhere and boxes) so that they could get in and do the job. I had to frame a soffit and was supposed to be done. I actually hired them to frame the soffit as well. Again, they did a very nice job framing it and did it very fast. This company is all about customer satisfaction, quality, and providing service in agreed to timelines. I can't express how happy I am with this company. I hired a few things out and did not receive this quality and timeliness from the others. I totally and highly recommend these guys. All workers were polite and respectful and the owner came by the house every day to ensure things were going well. Also, the workers took normal lunch breaks. I hired a siding company to reside the house and they took two to tree hour lunch breaks, which caused them to stay working until 7 or 8 every night. King Construction is well worth the money. Highly recommend them for any project.

This company does not understand customer service. They failed to provide adequate protection for my house and air conditioning units that resulted in damage to the stain on my home and debris in/on my air conditioners. I allowed them to use my equipment to protect the air conditioners but they used it improperly and did not return it to my garage. As I am handicapped this placed an extreme burden on me.
