Luis and his team have been WONDERFUL to work with. Every aspect has been much better than ever expected and they are VERY affordable. Luis does a great job communicating via phone to let you know the details and scheduling of the project. His crew is friendly and very efficient. I've already recommended King Construction to at least 10 people and will continue to do so. I HIGHLY recommend and will continue to hire them for future projects.

Luis was on time and great to work with. His employee did most of the work but he did a good job. They painted window sills and out side risers on steps. Power washed deck, steps and patio. I never give a 5 rating because there is always room for improvement.

Luis was on time for our first appointment and gave me a very good, fair bid for bathroom walls and damaged calling . The workmen did a great job the next day and cleaned up when they were finished. Will call them again..

Lewis and his team did an awesome job! There was an awful crack in my ceiling resulting into a horrible uneven gap. Lewis knew just what to do. He was fair in the estimate and told me exactly what his team would do. His team was on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Lewis came the following day to ensure I was pleased. I've already hired him for my next project!
