I am not able to give marks for work done as I have been scheduled for august 21. They did arrive on time for the estimate and explained everything. Their customer service is great

They did a great job sanding and refinishing our old deck. Looks brand new again. They were able to accommodate a tight timeline we had for a BBQ we were planning as well. Very reasonable pricing for the condition of our deck.

I was very happy with the work done. The only complaint I had was the color of the deck did not match the sample. Completely different shade. After asking me to send a picture they never responded but processed the final payment on my credit card without authorization.

The price was right and the service was great. I will use them again in the future.

The customer service was GREAT. They did an OUTSTANDING job and the price was very reasonable. I have already recommended Nu-Again to my friends and neighbors. They did our wooden Deck and also our Paver Brick sidewalk and Patio I've hired other companies in the past and the is no comparison to the work quality. Their field staff are very courteous and profession. I will definitely be contacting them again when I need to refresh our Deck, Patio and Sidewalk. They showed up as scheduled and on time. Keep up the great JOB !!!

These folks are real pros. Do excellent work, on time and deliver what they promise. Very easy to work with. They follow up after the job is done. Good value for the money.

Quick professional service. Cathryn in the office is awesome, keep me up to speed on each step, even moved my scheduled appointment up a week for me. I would recommend them to anyone ( in fact gave my neighbor their brochure)

We've been using Nu Again for years. For years, they've done an amazing job making our deck look fantastic! Everyone at Nu again is great to work with! I would recommend this company to everyone that needs their deck restored!

My two tier deck consists of a brand new surface and an older surface. I was told the older surface would be fully sanded and prepped before the staining so that it would "look like new." The power wash removed alot of the old stain (and left it all over my yard for Easter weekend). Although the team stated that they did sand it, the remaining surface that was painted was left looking uneven and not smooth. I expressed concern about this multiple times. Another layer was applied, but that was not my request. My expectation was that the surface would be completed sanded before applying the stain. For the price I paid, about $1650, this was my understanding and what was communicated to me verbally during the proposal process. The team complied with the owner's directive which was to add another coat, not to fix it and do it right in my opinion. The new portion of the deck had wood with nail holes and splits. No wood putty was used to even the surface to prepare for paint. The wood was also not primed before painted. While I didn't specify these as requirements, my expectation of professional painters is that this is done as a matter of course. Even I know to do that with paint jobs in my home, and I'm a female CPA. I would not recommend, unfortunately. My concerns were not appropriately addressed to my satisfaction. I do not feel that I got what I thought I was paying for.
