I was very pleased with the work done. Had four men doing the job and all were very pleasent and did a great job. Nat the owner and Pres, was very pleasent and professional. It was a large project, with alot of deck. They did a wonderful job in cleaning the deck. Any left over stain that remained on the deck was removed by the sanding that the men did. They did one heck of a job sanding and preparing the deck for finishing. Deck looks the best it has in 30 years. Thank you Nat and guys, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Will let you know in a couple of years how things are going when I call for the maintenance, if needed.

they were very good about coming back to repaint some places where you could see through to the supports. they were also very reasonable in price.

Responses to questions were timely and helpful. The work was completed on schedule at the quoted price with excellent quality.

Great price , very clean would hire again

There was some misunderstanding concerning their proposal as written on the contract. We were able to iron it out however the owner held it against me in the final stages. They forgot to put one item on the work order and delayed completion. They called for payment before completing the job. One of their workers was disrespectful & rude. I had to call to find out what was going on, they never called me. My experience was typical of most contractors especially where smaller jobs are concerned.

Took forever to schedule a time. Then after they came out, I had to call them back a day later since the sealing was not done evenly and there were spots where the patio looked old and spots where the patio looked new. Took another week or two before they came back to fix it. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

They were prompt with their return calls when initially setting up appt. I am a bit disappointed with the outcome. I was told that 90% of the remaining sealant would be removed with the power-washing/stripping. Nathan was great at calling back when I expressed concern about the lack of sealant removal. I was told that an application of sealant could be applied to the remaining sealant left. They have still yet to come and sand the railing and floor. I would not have ordered a power-washing if I would have known that, what I accomplished previously myself would be the end result. I would have just asked to have them sand the deck and railing.
