The work was good and the job came out fine. It would help them to communicate a but more about when the job would start, when they are coming back, etc. I realize weather play into their work but when they start on Friday and don't come back to finish until the next Thursday, a phone call regarding timing would have been appreciated.

Nathan and his crews did a very good job of cleaning, sanding and sealing our deck, pergola and brick pavers. Despite delays caused by 7 straight days of rain, the job was completed to our satisfaction. Nate was very responsive to our concerns and provided excellent customer service. My only reason for 4 stars on quality is that the finish on the pentrating oil used is more matte than the previous finish on our deck (Australian Timber Oil) and it will take some time to get used to the absence of the soft glow.

Nice job overall with no mess! Would have liked a little bit more communication during the wait period in between the power washing and the staining.
