NuAgain Deck and Fence Renewal, Inc.

I have had a deck cleaned and restained as well as a board and step replaced. A great choice of stain colors and deck looks great. I'm happy there is a 3 year guarantee. The 2nd job concerns a brick patio and walk which is in process. As with the deck Nu-Again has teams that work on each part of a job. Because of the nature of the work being weather dependent dates cannot be assured and we are always kept up to date on what the plans are about the scheduling, including reminders and texts from the workers that they are on the way. Bricks are not done yet but I am confident that I will be as happy with that as I am with the deck work. All employees are pleasant, polite and know their jobs, are prepared and efficient. We hired Nu-Again to clean up and seal our brick patio. I have to admit that the job was done as it was scheduled without any delay. There were two teams , each responsible for their part of the project - power wash and cleaning was done by the first team and finished by the second team. Both teams worked hard and were very professional. Unfortunately, we did not realize that this year our pine trees with the branches over the patio, had a lot of pine cones with a sap dropping on the finished patio that caused the spots on the sealed stones. We contacted the company, and despite the fact the sap's spots were not their fault, they sent their people back to try to remove the spots and correct the look. Unfortunately, the spots did not disappear completely, but we appreciate how the company treated us. Now, we are confident that their 2-year warranty is not false promises, Nu-Again would take care, if anything goes wrong. In conclusion, - we will use Nu-Again again and recommend the company to our friends, neighbors and family.

It had rained after they stained and sealed. They came out again promptly and resealed the decking.

The company name is perfect, "Nu Again" and that is exactly what my fence looks like. My fence, in reasonably good condition is 11 years old and was only protected with the original preservative. There was deterioration, mold and extreme sun fading. Once power-washed, it was taken back in time and then stained, looks completely brand new. The sales/bidding process was terrific, the crew was professional and customer service top notch. Not only would I recommend Nu Again to anyone, let's face it, it's a wood fence that will need this treatment again as the years go by. Nu-Again power washed and then stained my fence. It looks like NEW!!! I also had my brick patio power washed and sealed. My patio looks renewed and FANTASTIC! Great company to work with!!
