After the initial quote Nathan was available to answer questions via cell. When hired a call came in the day before power washing and then a few days later they sanded. The following day they stained. They came the next day to put a second coat on. The deck looks very nice. Hardest decision was picking a color from the very small color chart. I would recommend them to others looking for deck staining. They did a nice job.

Nu Again did a super job and finished on schedule. Job required power washing, sanding and 2 coats of new stain. Even stained a few areas that had never been stained just to improve look of deck. Clean- up and follow up was excellent and I never had to make a request twice. Highly recommended.

They quoted the best price, and I got what I paid for. Don't believe their brochure - my patio pavers are now clean, but don't shine like the brochure showed that that they would. They also tore a hole in my grill cover when rolling the grill off the patio, then denied it, then told me that it was because the seams in the grill cover were rotten. Overall an unpleasant experience.

NuAgain did a nice job prepping and painting my. I did a thorough examination and found 2 areas that needed touch up and they came out and took care of it.

everyone we dealt with from this company was very friendly and also very professional in their jobs. Nathan was helpful in deciding what color we should use and we appreciate his honesty because he was correct about the color. We would definitely use them again.

The estimate visit was informative and honest. They followed through on their time frame, called in advance to confirm appointments, and completed their work as promised. The employees were polite and respectful of my property.

Dealing with Nate and his assistant, not so great. They have serious issues with communication and attitude. However if you can overlook working with them, the men on the crew did a great job and are really good at what they do.
