Very satisfied with the work that was done. They replastered and replaced my tile, my pool looks absolutely amazing. They had the best price in town. Got over 10 quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. I was a little skeptical about hiring them at first because they didnâ t have an actual website but I am so glad I took the chance cause I am very satisfied. Miguel was very responsive and knew what I was looking for to satisfy my needs.

I had gotten a few quotes from other pool companies but asked the right questions and had the right answers. My pool plaster was long overdue for resurfacing. Miguel ( owner ) was very courteous and responsive. I hadn't considered changing old tile but Miguel extolled the esthetics new pool tile would make. I was reluctant but relented. I went with the glass mosaic tile. I peek thru my fence and noticed how the colors shifted with the light and angles. BEAUTIFUL! I'm not a fan of contractors who can't wait to cash the check but don't exert that same energy for doing a good job. FRANCYS POOL SERVICES went above and beyond.

It was a breath of fresh air to find a company responsive, professional, friendly, and showing up when they said they would. I was provided a consultation with Olivia and she showed me options and gave me suggestions based on my pool. The technicians were amazing - professional and focused.
