$874 to install a garage door opener is a ripoff. The door opener is only worth less than $300, so the installation was $574 or more. I believe you ripped me off over $300 for this installation. By comparison, I paid you $2,750 in 2014 for two new garage doors and two garage door openers.

In all fairness, the operators you had installed with your door purchase were that of many fewer features. Not true apples to apple comparison in this matter. You purchased the LiftMaster premiere operator and $49.50 of that total belongs to sales tax. We leave options in your "good, better, best" estimate to empower you and do our part to educate you as the consumer. We do not perform the work and engage the sale until it is approved by you.
