I went to their website and started a chat session at 12:30p on a Friday. I was hoping (but pessimistic) about their offer for same-day service. I immediately received an appointment window from 2-4p same day. My technician - Keith - called at 1:45 to let me know he was 15 min away. He showed up, explained everything clearly and got right to work. Less than two hours later, he was done. 3.5 hours from call to completion. Super-impressed! Will definitely recommend and use going forward.

Garage door spring broke last night. Called first thing in the morning. They were at my house within 2 hours. Great, professional, personable technicians. They completed the work much quicker than I expected. I can't remember when the garage door operated this quietly and smoothly. I am impressed with the technicians and the service.
