I was very pleased to see that all the reviews I read online were 100% accurate. From the initial call I made to their courteous scheduling office to the skill, expertise and professional displayed by the repairman/installer (Eric). It was a great experience. He arrived on time, completed a safety inspection and was attentive to my concerns. He presented me with smart no pressure options to accomplish the replacement of the garage door opener. He patiently and politely answered all the many questions I had, with all the advances in the new technology. being upgraded. His efficiency and attention to detail is highly commendable. Will absolutely hire again for coming work needed for our garage. Thank-you, Eric. well done!! Looking forward to the promised keypad being installed when back in stock.

I have used this company before in July 2020 to fix a sensor issue. Then all of a sudden 3 days back, both my remotes stopped working. I had changed the battery on both but still did not work. I had retried to reset and yet it did not work. So I called Precision Garage and explained the situation with the dispatch person and then my call got transferred to the service manager. The service manager graciously waived the tech service fee upon my explanation. Mr. Dakota Huthcinson showed up this morning as per our appointment. He was a very pleasant person to deal with. He is young but knowledgeable. When I started demonstrating the issue, both garage door openers started working mysteriously. Whereas I had tried opening and closing the garage door with the garage door openers the night before and none of the openers did not work. Anyways, since the door started working with both the openers, and we could not duplicate the issue, Dakota visually inspected everything and gave me some suggestions as to what to look out for on a quarterly basis. Then he left and the service manager from the day before had already waived the tech service fee. So my invoice was zero dollars. Now, that is what I call service. Not sure how many companies we have around with so dignity. I highly recommend this company and I will use them anytime for any of my properties.

Richard was extreamly present and very knowlagble about the stuck door. He could of done alot of upsell he explaned The reppairand fixed the door.I would gladly have him back if I need more work .
