Very broad service time window. Poor communication about the arrival time of the repairman. Text system Indicated an 8:50-9:25 arrival time. At 10:30 still no repairman. Text service then stated repair was complete. Phone support only able to corroborate that repairman was in route, but did not clarify the erroneous texts.

Jen, I'm not sure if you're leaving the review for the proper garage door company. We are Precision Door Service of Central MD. My records do not show that we've done business for you. Could you please review your records and advise. We also do not send automated text messages. We book in 2-1/2 hour windows for our service technicians and they will call with an ETA prior to that time to update our customers.

I am a repeat customer of precision doors. Today s technician, Sherman Stepney Is an absolute professional. He arrived as scheduled and provided great advice on alternative products that I had purchased. We arrived at a plan to move forward and he drove back to the shop to pick up additional materials in order to meet his commitment with me on this job.He completed the work timely and the quality of his work was exceptional. As mentioned a true professional and asset of the company.

It was twice the average price, I would not recommend this company to friends and relatives. I ended up paying $605.00 for what should have been no more than $300.00.

This is 2nd time in 2 years I have used Precision to repair garage door. Each time company was easy to schedule, responsive, highly competent and professional. Technician this time was Sherman. The company might be considered a bit expensive compared to others, but they are so quick and proficient that they are worth paying a bit more and knowing that the right repair is being done well. I recommend them without hesitation.
