Very well organize company that got out to the house quickly for the repair. But you certainly will pay $$$ for it. I probably paid 1.5x the amount it would have been with another company (or if I had spent more time investigating the pricing and negotiating).

Derek showed up on time, called to let me know he was 30 mins out, was very thorough explaining the work as he did the repairs gave us multiple options (based on cost/features) and answered all of my questions clearly. This was NOT the cheapest quote we got, but I felt comfortable paying a bit more because of the good impression (Precision vs. other competitors) I’d definitely recommend Precision, and will turn to them again in the future if needed.

After my wife decided to try and create an open concept garage space Precision Door Service was able to thwart that attempt quickly at a very reasonable rate. We went with a white door to not have to wait for a special order. The first one came with a banged up panel and the technician came back the next day to replace it. No issues at all, and definitely recommend hiring these folks for all garage and garage door needs.
