Very honest, didn't cut corners, the job looked very professional and they took their time to get it right when the circumstances were less then perfect. Not a huge product variety to choose from but the options they have are top quality. Did both furnace and AC install in just a little over a day. Probably could have done it in one if my old furnace and fittings weren't 20 years old. Highly recommend these guys. They were local to me which was another huge plus.

I had called at least a dozen companies, and they were the only company that offered to come out the same day to fix our AC. I did have to pay a premium fee for the service call but it was worth it. I would recommend Product Air !!!

Our AC unit died on the hottest day on record for our state; no other business could get us on their schedule sooner than a week out except this one. They were prompt; detailed and tidy. We did end up needing a new unit and ended up purchasing a new furnace as well as it was going to need to be replaced soon anyhow. They had it all installed 3 days after the initial appointment. Did a great job all around.

The Friday before the current historic heat wave our aging AC was not cooling. We registered on home advisor and immediately received a call from product air. The showed up that afternoon after we returned their call at 3:00 PM. The Freon had leaked out of our 15 year old system. They gave us quotes to replace or repair on the spot. After researching prices, we confirmed that their quote was reasonable. They promised it would be installed the next day. They showed up first thing Saturday morning, a week before the then predicted record heat. Installation was prompt and clean. No one else could have done the job on this schedule. In the teeth of an already predicted heatwave and pandemic supply chain issues, this seemed like a miracle. The new system is performing quietly and perfectly through record heat. Our old system had been very noisy; other contractors had insisted nothing could be done. The equipment is Trane. Good stuff. These folks deserve your business. Top notch!

Eli and his teams are fantastic! We had a failure of our heat pump in 100 plus degree weather, on a Sunday. They came out and fixed our unit! Professional but personable. I will use them moving forward for anything HVAC
