Eli was great. He was able to take a diagnostic done by some place else and do the work almost immediately. We had a part in our furnace that needed to be replaced. He's very attentive and makes sure that everything is working as it should and communicates effectively. I highly recommend!

I was having a waterproofing system put in my daylight basement, and last minute, the team told me they needed the furnace moved so they could access the wall behind it. I had waited 8 weeks for this project, so I had to find an HVAC company that DAY. I called 20-30 companies, and Eli at Product Air Heating & Cooling was the only person who understood my urgency and made it happen. I was stressed by the cost, and he immediately discounted me to a rounder number I could feel better about. That day, he came and moved the furnace out; unfortunately, we found the furnace entirely rusty and we ended up needing to replace it. Eli was back as soon as the other team was done and installed a brand new furnace. He kept great communication along the way, including sending pictures of the work and coordinating well with the other team. Thank you, Eli!!!

This guy Eli is a scam. I requested furnace clean-up work. The furnace was running fine prior to his arrival. Within 2 minutes he tried to convince me that the furnace was bad and quit working. After few minutes of argument, he got the furnace re-started. He finally cleaned the furnace but kept on insisting that I needed a new furnace. I own multiple homes and had very good technicians who never complained about cleaning over 15-year old furnaces until I ran into this guy. Maybe this guy has the technical skills but keep him away because he is a real sales scam. I will not let this guy get close to my furnace again; he lost my trust. This bad experience is also making me switch back to Angie's List and not use Home Advisor anymore.

Satish had a 28 year old furnace and had burn't marks on the motherboard of his furnace. I tried to communicate with him, and explain the situation to him but he wouldn't listen. All he wanted was a Invoice from a certified company that cleaning was done to be able to sell his home. Satish didnt want to end up paying for something he could push off on the buyer's of his home.
