Came when they said they would, kept us informed as to the issues found, got the parts for my older system as fast as they could and fixed it. They guy that worked on it for us was a hard working, almost to the point of being driven employee.

Our air conditioning died right when the heat wave hit. (of course!) We spoke with Product Air and were able to have Eli come out and look at it the same day! After weighing the options we decided to replace our entire unit. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. He came the next day to install the new unit. It was Friday and he already had a busy schedule but still worked us in at the end of his day and was here until 8pm finishing up the job. Poor guy it was a 90 degree day! He even came back the next day at no charge to troubleshoot a problem in our crawlspace. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling work!

Once I entered in all my information I got a call from them within 30 minutes or so. The repairman was in the area so I only had to wait an hour which was pretty darn good. I already figured it was either the capacitor or the fan motor and it was the capacitor. He switched it out and checked over my system. Found out I was REALLY low on freon so he recharged my system. Now it's like the arctic if I want. I'll be asking them back before it gets cold to give my heating a good once over. I would absolutely recommend them. They are very fast and reasonable. My bill came up to a hefty charge, but that had nothing to do with them, I should have been getting my system serviced regularly. With freon R-22 at $189\pound and my system very low - you get the picture. They did great though despite my system being under maintenanced. Very fast! Did the work needed to get my air conditioning back in service. Eli was Very friendly, knowledgeable, and even found a problem with the air vent in the master bedroom. Excellent service. I would recommend to anybody Gary, mill creek

On a hot day in Seattle 90 degrees, I submitted a request to Home Advisor for Air Conditioner repair, not emergency. Within 5 minutes I got a phone call from Eli from Product Air Heating and Cooling, LLC. Eli said he might be able to squeeze us in TODAY! He arrive at about 2:30 pm got the unit running immediately. He told me up front what everything cost before doing it. Eli is friendly, throughout and knows his business! Will definitely call him from now on!

Wonderful. We placed a request For services early on Friday morning as the cooling functionality of our heat pump stopped working. Itâ s been extremely hot recently, so we were very anxious to get the issues resolved ASAP. Eli got back to us immediately. He came to our home that day (when does that ever happen?), diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Eli was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased.

Eli was very courteous & professional. He clearly explained why my fan was not working & what it would take to get it working. He kept me informed about parts status & arrival times. I'm very satisfied with the job he performed & the way he went about his business. I'd recommend him anytime.
