How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because I have always been fascinated by the inner workings of mechanical systems and how they impact our daily lives. When it came time for me to choose a career path, I knew that I wanted to work in a field that would allow me to constantly learn and problem solve. This led me to the HVAC industry, where I have been able to combine my passion for mechanics with my desire to make a tangible impact in people's lives. One of the main reasons why I chose to work in the HVAC industry is because of its essential role in society. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are crucial for maintaining comfortable and healthy indoor environments, whether it be in homes, offices, or commercial buildings. In extreme weather conditions, these systems can even be lifesaving. Knowing that my work directly contributes to the well-being of individuals and their living or working spaces is incredibly fulfilling..

Eli was fantastic. I needed the work done right away, so he worked until after 7:pm to get the job done for me, and stuck to his bid despite that. He addressed all of my concerns that I had with the previous workmanship on the replacement of the over-the-range microwave venting, and did it without leaving a scratch. Something that the other firms said that they couldn't do. I highly recommend Product Air Heating and Cooling.

Eli was great. Our furnace went out during the snow storm and he braved the weather to come out and get us running again. He was educated us on how to get a better product out of the new furnace.

Eli and team did a great job with some ductwork install and furnace maintenance at our place. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes we received, but we decided to go with them due to their responsiveness and high level of customer service. They came out the same day to take a look and provide a quote. And the work was done the next day on time with a very high degree of quality. Eli patiently answered all my questions and offered some great advice to improve the longevityof the unit. Overall, great service - will definitely be hiring them for all my future HVAC needs in the Seattle area. Highly recommend

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
