Eli, the owner/operator, is great. He installed a new furnace n heat pump. He went above n beyond, came to my house mid evening to give an estimate. I looked at 4 other companies and listened to their sales pitch, but half of them didn't follow through. He called me back after a few weeks to follow up, I was still waiting for some estimates from the other companies. He came back to my house when I called with questions, so we could talk about some upgrades I wanted. Gave me an estimate same day. Installed 4 days later, got it all done same day. He also services existing systems and I'll be using him whenever I have an issue.

Eli and Serge worked late into the night to complete my boiler replacement in one day. This was hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing, electrical, or heating and cooling company. I will call them first for any future heating and cooling needs.

I was caught off guard with what I thought was a blown ignitor in my gas furnace during the cold spell, but it turned out that my furnace had a crack and was leaking a very small amount of CO2!! Product Air had a replacement within a day during a very busy time for heating and air companies. I now have an energy efficient gas furnace and it only took one day. My upstairs wasn't getting enough heat but now my whole house is warm with less dust blowing through. :)
