Not only was the technician Christian knowledgeable, he took his time to educate my husband and I on things outside of the original scope how's the job. I had such a great experience with Pure Home. We found that the seller of our home wasn’t honest about completing a full mold remediation and Darryl came and did an assessment and helped us identify what we needed. Everyone was very professional and they also were flexible when it came to cost and payments.

I have COPD and we became aware of very significant black mold problems in our older home. We were blessed to find Pure Home through Home Advisor. Darryl Jones was our most helpful and attentive coordinator. John Hunsucker and Marvins work crews were all absolutely outstanding. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency were excellent. They even corrected some issues that were above and beyond that for which we had contracted. Attention to detail and their speed with accuracy were awesome. We are most impressed and highly recommend this company based on our experience.

Kevin and James were extremely polite and professional. They kept us informed constantly of what was needed to correct our mold issue. The other two guys (I am sorry I do not have their names) that did the repair work were amazing too. Our finished basement looks great..........

Pure Home came out the same day to assess the situation in my home. They were polite, professional, courteous, and understood the need to resolve as soon as possible. They scheduled workers to come out as soon as possible (this included James, with whom I spoke on the phone and the first day) and they worked quickly and efficiently. They explained how I could help contain the spread of the mold until the work could be done. Throughout the entire process, they continued to show how knowledgeable they are, did their best to reassure us and calm our concerns. Any issues that caused the mold were all taken care of by Pure Home and I am so thankful that I did not have to worry about finding my own contractors. If I were to have the misfortune of having mold issues due to water leaks elsewhere in my home, I would not hesitate to contact John and James again. The paint-match was a bit of a mess of miscommunication but, at the end of the day, John and the workers went out to the store to paint-match for us as I was unavailable. This is typically out of their scope, but as we had the same basic white / cream wall colors and the old paint numbers in the basement, John and his team agreed to assist with the process of acquiring the paint. If I had to choose one thing that was lacking? The communication could have been a little better. I was promised an estimate / quote by the end of the night and had to reach out the following day to request. Because the weather was a bit unpredictable, some of the work was contingent on the weather, but it was always uncertain whether or not anyone would be coming out that day to do any work - if it was still "too damp" or not. The uncertainty around whether or not workers would be arriving meant that all other potential errands were suspended the day of and we played the waiting game a lot during the process.
