I'm a single mom of a four-year-old and on a fixed income. I was forced to deal with costly mold removal in my bathroom. I was nervous about the process and the price.  I went online to homeadvisor and Pure Home was the company that stood out the most. That came out to give me a free estimate. The rep that came out put my mind at ease. He explained, in detail the total process and told me about a grant to help lower my bill! ð Also, the people that came out to do the work were professional and fast. I highly recommend.ð

We called Pure Home to help us find out where the mildew smell in our new home was coming from. After Troy came out, he discovered we had mold in our attic and crawl space. Not what we wanted to hear but the next day Magill and his crew were out to start remediation. They did a fantastic job. They were thorough and professional—our attic and crawl space were cleaned, sealed, and insulated properly this time. They went above our expectations and completed the job quickly. I am very grateful to Pure Home for helping us get our house back to normal!

DO NOT use Pure Home for any water damage repairs. I have been going back and forth with Michael, a director at Pure Homes since September of 2021 concerning the repair in my daughters room. Michael have lied during every conversation concerning the amount of money due on the estimate. He has overcharged on every item in order to get more and more money. He charged $318 to remove and put up a ceiling fan. When I asked why was it so high, he stated that they would have to use a certified electrician. Not true, two noncertified workers completed all of the work. Also, he has sent in 3 supplement estimates to the insurance company requesting more money even after the repair was done. Michael sent my insurance company an email telling them to make my depreciation check to payable to Pure Home. Three months after the repair was done, I just received an email asking for 918. for plastic that was taped over my daughters door for dust. Save yourself time and aggravation. Use a more trustworthy and honest company.

They did an excellent job with the house for the budget and worked around our schedule to the best of their ability. The only qualm I had is that they did leave some stuff in the attic that I thought they were going to remove.(Old door and ripped up air ducts) They have already blown in insulation on top of it so it is probably just staying there. Most likely just an honest mistake. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Their team was very friendly and I felt they cared about their work. The house looks great would definitely recommend!
